An early 19th century Sunderland pearlware commemorative water jug, of ovoid form jug, with straight neck, large spout, and loop handle, printed in black with a portrait roundel of King William IV, and inscribed 'Ascended The Throne June 26th 1830, Crowned Sept. 8th, 1831', above a verse 'Has not William...', and flanked by Britannia and a sailor waving a flag, and similarly printed to the other side with a view of the Ironbridge 'A West View of the Iron Bridge at Sunderland Built by B Burdon ...', and printed below the spout with a verse 'The Saviour of Mankind Adopts...', picked out in green and iron red, on a purple lustre ground, 28 by 19 by 24cm high, together with a George IV commemorative jug, 'To The Memory of Hid Late Majesty King George The IV ...', 17.5 by 12 by 14cm high, and a Queen Victoria coronation jug, 17.5 by 12 by 14.5cm high. All heavily worn, the two smaller jugs also with crazing and come chips , George IV jug with reparied crack to rim.
