Bryan Organ (British, b. 1935): '1st Study for Martin Johnson October 2004' portrait, acrylic on canvas, titled and signed, with handwritten text verso '... for the painting at Leicester Tigers', this is a preparatory study for the 2004 watercolour of the distinguished Leicester Tigers captain, who famously captained England to Rugby Union World Cup success in 2003, as well as captaining the British and Irish Lions for two series, 60 by 50cm, canvas mounted within a box frame, 73 by 62cm.
