A pair of large Japanese bronze twin handled vases, Meiji period, decorated in high relief with panels of birds on branches of cherry blossom, the necks with small panels depicting dragons, the handles of dragon form, cast seal marks to bases, each 36 by 21 by 33cm high. (2)

More Information

One vase has two drilled holes possibly for use as a lamp, and some further areas of damage or casting faults, some handles slightly loose, but otherwise in generally good overall condition.
