A Chinese ginger jar, 19th century, of ovoid form, decorated in underglaze blue with prunus blossom against a cracked ice ground, six character mark to base with double rings in cobalt blue, 17 by 17cm, with a carved and pierced hardwood lid, 8.5 by 3.5cm, and circular carved and pierced hardwood stand with four feet, 16 by 5.5cm, together with two similar later ginger jars, 20th century, 13 by 12cm. (3)
