An early pottery charger, possibly 16th/17th century, decorated in green and terracotta enamels with a bird and flowers, repeating sun motif border to rim, a/f cracked, repaired and heavy scratches, 34cm. Provenance: The Estate of Mr Joseph B. Hay, son of Major-General Arthur K. Hay DSO OBE - 100 years of a military family.
