A collection of GB stamps, to include an extensive number of early Victorian stamps including a large number of imperforate penny reds, comprising green folder titled London pre-1840, containing numerous imperforate penny reds and pre-postage 18th century letters and correspondence, pre-postage stamp examples dated 1740, with Bishop mark,1781 and 1782 Bishop mark, some with red wax seals, letter to Jamaica from London dated 1789, Scotland Bishop Mark 1799 letter, London general Post Unpaid 1802 plus other examples, London Two Penny Post 1815, together with a large number of Maltese cross imperforate penny reds 1841 - 1853 (approx. 74 with Maltese cross, of which approx 45 Die 1 plates 12-36 type, including Ivory Head BI corner letters,) examples on correspondence from Durham, Cumberland, Tipperary, Wicklow, Midlothian, Caithness, and a second green album titled 'Scotland & Ireland' includes approx 46 early imperforate penny reds (1841-1880) from Scotland and 24 from Ireland including Renfrewshire, Sterling, Midlothian, Lanarkshire, Wexford, Wicklow, Galway, Limerick, Derry and Antrim, most on correspondence.
