A late 18th century Derby dessert service, all painted in iron red with scrolling flowers and foliage, scalloped bands to rims and further scalloped edges, gilt detailing, comprising twelve dessert plates, 21cm, a pair of low pedestal plates with stepped circular feet, 21 by 5.5cm, and a single tall pedestal cake plate, 23.5 by 12.5cm all marked to bases with curling N in red. (15) Provenance: The Private Lincolnshire Estate of a Danish Family.
