A pair of 19th century Berlin type porcelain plaques, oval format, of religious subjects, depicting 'Jesus' and 'Saint John', each as a young boy holding a wooden cross, both unsigned, each 16.5 by 12cm, each in a giltwood carved and composition frame decorated with stiff leaf and bead borders, surrounded by a pierced scrolling foliate outer border, 25.8 by 24.5cm.
