A collection of brass items, including an early 19th century brass chamber stick with candle ejector, 19 by 14cm, a pair of 20th century candlesticks of stepped hexagonal form, 30cm, a pair of candlesticks with pierced sconce rim, 31cm, a large alms dish chased and embossed to the center with mounted chevalier, 44cm, together with a 19th century sampler, named Ann Southon and dated April 30th 1844, 26 by 29.5cm, a bucolic watercolour signed John Drake, titled to back of frame 'View of Cottage, Knowl Hill', and a 19th century oil on canvas painting of a lady tending her hearth with bellows in hand, a farm kitchen in the background, initialled F and dated 1888, 21.5 by 16.5cm, framed.
