An Arts & Crafts copper and pewter casket, of rectangular form, the cover with a handmade strapwork handle inset with a single oval green cabochon, each of the corners of the casket with riveted corner fans inlaid with abalone and mother of pearl over glass, no visible maker's marks, 17.5 by 9 by 7.8cm high.

One corner missing abalone and mother of pearl decoration. General wear, some dents and scratches.
