A late Georgian snuff box by Nathaniel Mills, with ribbed decoration, and acanthus scroll detail to a gilt interior, later dedication inscribed to the lid, Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham 1829, 2.07toz, 7.5, by 3.5 by 2cm high.

The hinge is quite tight and when closed there is a slight smile to it with over hang, there is also a blackened area around the hallmarks to its interior.
