After Antoine Louis Barye (French, 1796-1875): a bronze sculpture modelled as a cock pheasant, 'Faisan, tête tournée à gauche (Pheasant, head turned to the left)', in standing pose on an oval naturalistic mound, on rectangular stepped base, signed into mound 'Barye' and inscribed into base 'S. P. A.' and painted in red '20.990', 21 by 6 by 12cm high, together with a second bronze sculpture after the same hand modelled as a pointer 'Braque Premiere Version', on oval naturalistic base, signed into base 'Barye', 17.5 by 6.5 by 8.5cm high. Pheasant in excellent condition with beautiful patina, dog in very good condition excepting damage and repair to it's tail, also with lovely patina.
