A Victorian and Edwardian Windsor & Newton artist's watercolour set, in a mahogany and ebony strung case with brass escutcheon and campaign style handle to drawer below a lift lid opening to reveal a fitted interior with lift out trays and compartments, containing twenty five colour bricks and several further loose, chalks, two pottery palettes, six brushes of various shape, two pencils, ink pen, glass water bowl, ivory brush rest, two mussel shells half dipped in gold paint, additional home made card to keep paint in holder, and three Windsor & Newton paper colour charts, the box 28.5 by 16.5 by 7.5cm.
