A George III mahogany and inlaid long case clock, brass dial signed 'Jno Austin, Shoreditch' to applied oval plaque, the matte centre engraved with four doves, silvered chapter ring and plaque to arch engraved 'Tempus Fugit', applied spandrels, subsidiary seconds dial, date aperture, twin train 8 day movement chiming on a bell, the hood with brass orb and figure finial, inlaid case, with pendulum, two weights, winder and key, 52.5 by 26 by 243cm high.
