A pair of WWII German military BMJ binoculars, of typical ice-cream cone form, complete with case and removable night sights, case marked BMJ, no markings to the black painted binoculars themselves, likely 7 by 56 or 10 by 50 Dienstglas lenses, BMJ is synonymous with maker Hensoldt in Wetzlar, later Carl Zeiss, 24cm long.
Provenance: Owned by a member of a WWII communications unit who collected various items throughout the his time in Europe through the war, thence by decent.
