A group of fifteen WWII Wiking hollow cast metal ships models, comprising the aircraft carrier HMS Furious, single funnel warship, HMS Renown and Repulse, HMS Valiant, three 1:1250 scale ships, the fuel tanker Franz Klasen, cargo ship Wuppertal, and liner MV Patria, three smaller merchant ships, four smaller French warships, and a similar submarine, it is believed that models similar to this were used during WWII to train Luftwaffe crews, largest 14.5cm, smallest 4cm. Provenance: Owned by a member of a WWII communications unit who collected various items throughout the his time in Europe through the war, thence by decent.
