A Victorian silver carriage candle lamp, made for Lord Rosebery, retailed by R&S Garrard, Panton Street, London, with hinged cover and hooks to top and bottom, the front opening to reveal a candle holder with two hinged handles to the back, with match holder below, Henry William Dee, London 1873, 18cm high, 22.25toz total weight.
Provenance: reputedly passed down through the Vendor's family Beck having been given as a gift from Lord Rosebery.
