An early 20th century crocodile leather travel case, with fitted interior which is missing some of its contents but contains silver topped dressing table items to its interior, Charles Henry Dumenil, London, 1897-8, blotting pad, vanity mirror, cigar case, ink bottle, vesta case, purported to have belonged to Joseph Jonas (lock mounts stamped 'JONAS' and 'SHEFFIELD'), a german born naturalised Britain who ran a successful steel manufacturer who and Mayor of Sheffield, who in later life was charged with breaching the official secrecy act in 1918, 70 by 43 by 21cm overall.
