A Breitling chromium plated and stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch, circa 1950s, the silvered dial with gilt Arabic numerals and baton arrowhead markers, gilt hands, two subsidiary dials, two stopwatch push buttons to side of case, manual wind, back of case stamped 'Stainless steel back 786369-1189', Venus 188 movement, 33mm case, on a brown tan faux crocodile leather strap.
Provenance: Apparently bought in 1957 from Piddocks in Hanley.
Notes: in working condition, winds and hands set well, keeps time across 1hr test, however Batemans cannot guarantee its continued operation.
