A Japanese Satsuma china part dinner and tea service, decorated with iron red bands to the rims and gilt highlights, including tureen and cover, 19 by 15cm, gravy boat, serving bowl, two oval serving dishes, largest 37 by 16cm, eight dinner plates, 23.5cm, soup bowls, 19.5cm, side plates, small side dishes, teapot (missing lid), lidded sugar bowl, milk jug, cups and saucers, with painted two character mark to base, in original straw filled wooden packing crates, stencilled in black to the sides with 'Thiselton Stamford via P'Boro', and some pieces still in Japanese newspaper wrapping.
