Lot 199A 9ct gold, ruby and diamond three stone ring, the central oval cut ruby of approximately 4.3 by 3.4mm, size O, and a 9ct gold ring set with paste, size M, total gold weight 3.9g, together with a small quantity of further jewellery, including a rolled gold bangle, a string of Isle of Wight grey pearls with matching earrings, a silver medal marked Raglan 1904-5, a silver twist chain, total weight for both 22.9g, and a silver set cameo, two yellow metal half hoop earrings, a 19th century black snuff box set with silver and six costume watches. Lot 216A late 18th century Continental gold plated fob chain, of fancy design with five rows of chain links attaching to a decorative pierced and chased panel, front and back, of two birds and a basket of flowers, below four further rows of chain links attach to a decorative panel chased with a leaf and bead bordered bar, and four further chains join to a hinged C scroll terminal, with clasps to both ends, 19.8g, 3.5 by 20.5cm..
Lot 264A group of Victorian and later silver jewellery, comprising a fish brooch, with red stone eye, possibly ruby, and fish scales body, Arthur Johnson Smith, Chester 1897, 36.17mm long, a Victorian pendant keepsake locket, with foliate engraved oval opening to reveal a deep glassed compartment, kite marks to the hanging loop, 40 by 26 by 8mm deep, apparently unmarked, a silver and enamel butterfly brooch, marked silver, a further oval locket, Robinson & McKewan (William Robinson & Arthur George McKewan), Birmingham 1876, a silver name brooch for 'Sarah', Hirons & Plante, Birmingham 1893, 43mm long, a silver fob mount, 26mm diameter and an oval brooch with foliate engraving, apparently unmarked, total weight 37.5g. Sterling, likely for Charles Horner, two silver bangles, a silver pendant set with pink and white stones, 33.7g of silver overall, a William Robb of Ballater plated kilt pin with Celtic shield and stone design, a white metal open shaped cuff bangle, and a thistle stick pin. Lot 269A Maurice William Crawshaw candlesmoke on mother-of-pearl brooch depicting a lakeland landscape, of oval form, 40 by 30mm set in a silver scroll mount, 60 by 50mm, 28.7g, complete with certification, together with a string of lapis lazuli beads, with gold coloured rose beads at intervals and a gold painted bead central, 25.6g.
